Planning and Development

The Principal, John Whiteman heads up the Land Department. He is experienced in land and development matters, advising lending institutions on planning and valuation matters. As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor he has provided advice to land owners and Developers on the planning potential of sites from industrial ‘brownfield’ schemes to individual plots for single houses as well as multiple unit developments.
