John Whiteman & Company have a very active and, highly qualified department dealing with the lettings and management of all types of residential property in and around the Bushey and Watford locality. We provide a complete service to homeowners and investors using our knowledge and experience of the present law affecting residential property. The company is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and operate within the guidelines of those professional bodies. We also are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme that has been approved by Government.

We have a dedicated property management department looking after individual residential properties and blocks of flats for private owners, investors and resident’s associations in and around the South West Herts area. We have specialist knowledge of Right to Manage legislation enabling residents to take control of the management of their block of flats. Our professional department also advises on valuations of lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.
